- Referral Submission:

- Review and Assignment:

- Upon qualification, the project is assigned to a consultant, and engagement with the client begins.
- Confirmation:
- Referring consultants are notified once the opportunity is successfully matched and the project is underway.
- A referral is considered successful when the client signs a contract and the project commences.
- Referral Commission:
- Earn 3% to 8% of the total project value or contract amount for each successful referral.
- Milestone Bonuses:
- Receive bonuses of $1,000 to $5,000 for referrals generating over $100,000 in project revenue.
- Tiered Reward System:
- Bronze Level (1-2 successful referrals): Access exclusive webinars and training sessions on emerging technology trends.
