- Referrers: Independent technology consultants who are in good standing with the program.
- Referred Opportunities: Client projects, technology needs, or consulting assignments that require expertise from our partner organization.
Referral Process:
1. Referral Submission:
- Independent consultants can submit a referral by providing detailed information about the client project or opportunity they wish to refer to the partner organization.
- Referrers must specify the type of service required (e.g., software development, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity) and introduce the client’s needs
- Once the referral is received, the partner organization will evaluate the opportunity to match it with an appropriate consultant from their network.
- If the referral meets the qualifications and requirements, the consultant from the partner organization will take over the project and begin the engagement with the client.
3. Confirmation:
- The referring consultant will be notified once the opportunity has been successfully matched and the project is underway.
- Referrals are considered successful once the client signs a contract and the project commences.
Referral Incentives:
1. Referral Commission:
- Consultants will earn a commission for each project referred that leads to a signed contract.
- Commissions are structured based on the scope and scale of the project, typically ranging from 3% to 8% of the total project value or contract amount.
2. Milestone Bonuses:
- For each successful referral that generates more than $100,000 in project revenue, the referring consultant will receive a bonus for helping the client and partner organization connect.
- Bonuses may range from $1,000 to $5,000, depending on the size and complexity of the referred project.
3. Tiered Reward System:
Consultants who consistently refer high-value opportunities can progress through a tiered reward structure:
- Bronze Level: 1-2 successful referrals – Access to exclusive webinars or training sessions on emerging technology trends.
- Silver Level: 3-5 successful referrals – Enhanced referral commission rates and additional support from the partner organization’s sales team.
- Gold Level: 6+ successful referrals – VIP treatment with personalized client matching, annual awards recognition, and invitations to exclusive networking events.

Terms and Conditions:
- The referred opportunity must lead to a signed contract between the client and the partner organization within 60 days of the referral submission.
- Referral commissions are based on the value of the project and will be paid after the client’s first payment or milestone payment is received.
- Consultants are eligible to refer as many opportunities as they wish, but commissions will only be paid for successfully closed and executed projects.
- The program reserves the right to adjust commission structures, incentives, or terms as necessary, with prior notice to all participating consultants.
Communication and Support:
- Referral Tracking: Consultants can track the status of their referrals and monitor commission earnings via a personalized dashboard in the referral portal.
- Support: Dedicated account managers and support teams are available to assist consultants with referral inquiries and ensure smooth handoffs between clients and consultants.
- Program Updates: Regular program updates, success stories, and best practices will be shared with consultants to keep them informed and engaged with the program.
